These would be worth the price if they were just an eye mask. I have bought several eye masks over the years for similar money and this both blocks the most light and is the most comfortable on the eyes (thanks to the eye indentations). It is just a little heavy so I noticed that my head sweats a little whilst wearing them despite it being winter in aus currently, but this is an acceptable trade off for the light blockage and eye comfort.
On to the speakers… they’re a godsend. No they don’t sound amazing. But they did sound a lot better than I was expecting for the price, and I am a professional musician and know unite a bit about headphones/speakers. But to the point, they’re comfortable to lie on if you’re a side sleeper (I am), they sound fine to listen to an audiobook or music whilst going to sleep and they don’t disturb the person next to you. All in all, a massive win.
The battery life so far has been great, and they charge pretty quickly.
The only thing I wish was included was an off-timer. These are primarily designed for sleep after all and it makes little sense to have them on the whole night for 8 hours draining the battery when you probably are only awake for the first 30 mins you put them on. But still, at this price, that doesn’t warrant any lowering of the score.
These are an absolute steal for the price. Highly recommended.
