unHaPpy - 10/22/2007 By AnonymI've had my rx 5765 for two months and last week, half of the software stopped working including GPS, Quicklaunch etc and icons went missing. HP support was atrocious with only one email suggesting a factory rest and silence after that for three days. Finally contacted another support area only to find out I get to send it, (at my cost) back to HP for repairs. Then wait the 6-7 working days plus mail delivery for its return.
Very bad customer service experience.
