I have wasted many hours attempting to set it up but its operation changes from one day to the next (eg channel change). As wekk as that, I have thefollowing problems:- Each time I turn on the PVR activity,it changes the input on the sound system, cycles thru the various input options. It has permanently affected my NextWave PVR in that it originally shifted the picture 1/3 to the right. I have partially rectified that by going back to factory default but still have a permanent shift of about 5% of the picture. It has also removed the letterbox aspect option from the PVR. It is a great concept but has some serious flaws. The helpline operator was patient but limited in knowledge (did not know what aspect meant).
I will have to pay someone to restore my original setup.

Logitech's help desk is first rate also.

Brillant Product - 05/08/2008 By AnonymExcellent product. Reduced my remotes from 8 to 1. Not all that easy to setup - does require some time to work out the features. It knew all the remotes including the Diamond TV which other fail. Awesome killer web app to configure the remote. Two thumbs up, good holiday fun!
