    The USP Labs Jack3d is a very concentrated pre-workout supplement formula that contains about only a half dozen ingredients. It is a blend of compounds that give you a high amount of energy to work with during your workouts. As with any product that is designed to improve workout intensity, there are several pros to using this specific product and a few items to be aware of. Many performance enhancing products are designed to increase your motivation to get to the gym. This supplement gives the motivation needed not only to get to the gym but to put in a high performance workout everytime.

    Jack3d has a simple formula of five active ingredients; Creatine Monohydrate, Caffeine, Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG), Beta Akanine, 1,3-Dimethylamylamine, and Schizandrol A. Creatine Monohydrate is an all-natural ingredient essential to muscle growth. It stimulates the synthesis of energy in the muscles, to get bigger pumps, faster growth, and more stamina. Caffeine gives energy and sometimes, better focus. It also has the ability to burn excess fat from the muscles and improve muscle definition. Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate creates more nitric oxide in the blood and improves blood circulation. The result is the increased flow of nutrient-rich blood to the muscles, giving muscles fuel for growth and recovery. Beta AKanine enhances muscle endurance better than almost any other ingredient. 1,3- Dimethylamylamine is a mild stimulant extracted from the geranium plant and its purpose is to perk energy and to give better focus. Schizandrol A is another plant based ingredient. It comes from the Schizandra chinensis plant and is good for counteracting stress.

    The USP Labs Jack3d is available in several different flavors, including; Tropical Fruit Punch. Lemon-Lime, Raspberry Lemonade, and Grape Bubblegum. The recommended use is 1 - 3 concentrated scoops of Jack3d with 4 - 8 ounces of cold water. Stir well. Consume 30 – 45 minutes before beginning an activity. Because of its high potency it is highly recommended to assess tolerance by taking a 1 or 1.5 scoop serving before consuming a full dose, especially for those who are sensitive to stimulants. Do not exceed 3 scoops in any 24 hour period. This product is only for healthy adults, 18 years or older; also not for pregnant women.

    Consumers found the flavors of Jac3d to be quite good and they mix very easily. After about 10 – 15 minutes of taking it, users were able to feel the effect, feeling warm and started feeling a boost of energy.some even felt tingling /flushing sensation due to the beta akanine. They had massive amounts of energy during workouts and focus (motivation) was amazing.

    There have also been some cons reported. One of these cons is that for some people, they got a high energy and motivation initially, but then will result in a crash later on.
