   The Universal Nutrition Animal Pak is a body building supplement. The main focus of this supplement is vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Universal Nutrition claims that Universal Animal Pak will help to gain massive size and strength. also that this product will provide energy for workout. The pak will release the necessary elements into your body throughout the day for optimal performance.
   
   The Animal Pak formula also goes way beyond your current multi in terms of ingredients. This is not a basic multivitamin in any sense. It does cover all of the essential vitamins and minerals without really skimping on any one nutrient. But just as much of each pack is devoted to nonessential nutrients that support strength, stamina or muscle conditioning in some way. Animal Pak contains generous potencies of a wide array of nutrients from across the spectrum, over 55 in all; vitamins, minerals, amino acids, essential fatty acids, herb extracts, bioflavonoids and enzymes. Accordingly, there are a substantial amount of capsules and tablets per dose with Animal Pak; so this is not a product for those who are shy about taking tablets.
   
   The Universal Nutrition Animal Pak is required for; All competitive strength & power athletes, High-intensity training, Athletes who use supplements, and Athletes who want maximum performance
   
   The recommended dosage is 1 pack per day with breakfast or any other meal, with plenty of water during the off-season for maintenance, 2 packs during a pre-contest diet or when training is unusually intense, separated by 4-12 hours.
   
   Users found the effects of the supplement truly exceptional. Some felt a noticeable increase in energy and motivation. They felt stronger and had better endurance as well. One of the greatest benefits reported is the general overall feeling of better well-being and focus.
   
   As for side effects, some users got brightgreen or lime green urine, but this is quite normal and common. And there is also a ton of pills to swallow and some of the pills are pretty big.
