   The PlayStation 3 160GB System is the fourth generation of hardware which is publicized for the usage of the entertainment platform of the PlayStation 3. This is not just an entry level gaming device as it has the Blu-ray disc media format which is made to perform on its high-definition viewing experience, which is better than a lot of other DVD videos.
   
   The audio quality is also not bad at all as it has the ability to have a sound connectivity with your PC network as well as the PlayStation portable. There is also the availability of a hard disc drive which serves as an outlet for the 160GB storage for saving and downloading files of games, videos, music and even photos from the Internet.
   
   The PlayStation 3 160GB System has a controller made from Dualshock 3 which give your system the most perceptive gaming experience. It has the pressure sensors located in each of the action buttons as well as the included Sixaxis motion-sensing technology which is responsible for the high sensitivity. This is what promotes the realistic touch on each of the crash, explosion, hit, and other happenings on the game.
   
   So even if you are not exactly into the gaming system of the PlayStation 3 and could care less about it, you will find yourself still enjoying its Blu-ray player feature as you can use it limitlessly. However, if you are thinking that it is all that, you might want to think twice as it does not have the remote control which can be compatible to anything. It does need an extra controller to be able to perform the wanted action.
   
   Those who have encountered the original system and still has it on stock without it looking or getting broken, and having encountered this new system as well, finds it annoying that it is somewhat defective. There have been reports about it just producing a sound and lacking the video altogether even if you have just used it for a couple of times.
   
   The concept of the PlayStation 3 160GB is suitable for almost anybody and everybody. It does not only make the kids and teenagers happy with its high quality gameplay experience, it also makes the adults shiver on their sits because of its outstanding Blu-ray Player. It somehow reaches the level of quality given by the Xbox 360.
   
   So if you are not concerned about the incentives you may have to additionally pay prior to this being repaired for like each year, then this is the game console for you. Supports on the Sony are not really that profound that is why you may find yourself all alone trying to figure out what to do with your PlayStation 3. Nonetheless, maybe that is a case which has been resolved already.
   
   Another thing to note is that it does have a limited offer for the games and other file backups which makes it impossible to download them unless you have a monthly subscription to the PlayStation Plus.
