It contains a distinctive formula that strengthens brittle hair, over-processed, damaged by environmental factors and chemical procedures while promoting healing. It also revives, hydrates and detangles hair, wigs and hair extensions, creates an optimal balance for hair and scalp. It also nourishes the scalp by alleviating itchy dry scalps. The Moroccanoil Treatment is alcohol-free and has a patented weightless formula with no build up. Drying time is also reduced.
   
   Although this product is an oil treatment, it will not make your hair oily. For healthy hair, a fine balance of natural oils and vitamins is needed, Moroccanoil Treatment provides these much needed nutrients, making hair smoother and easier to manage without making hair oily. Just after shampooing and conditioning, massage a few drops of this oil into the hair, an enhanced result is guaranteed...hair will look shinier and healthier after just one application. With multiple applications, hair will continue to improve, lessening split ends and brittle breakage, without oily residue.
   
   The Moroccanoil Treatment is also great for people who color their hair. It can be used directly on the hair before the color is applied, or mixed with the color products, then applied to the hair, or used as a conditioner after completing the color process. The hair will have increased manageability, less frizz, enhanced color that last longer, increased elasticity and great shine.
   
   The quantity of oil needed , depends on the condition, texture, and volume of the hair. Highlighted hair will need more, while virgin or untreated hair would need the least amount.
   
   The Moroccanoil Treatment works, it does what it says. Makes hair shiny and smooth, hair is more manageable, hair is less frizzy, and hair is protected from harsh environment. And it smells good.
   
   It is a bit expensive, though a little less than a dime sized amount is plenty to get the results. The product is not pure argan oil, the main ingredients are Cyclomethicone and Dimethicone, which are silicone and do not absorb into the hair. These ingredients are irritants to eyes and lungs, and causes heavy build up in the hair.

   i bought this product recommended by a hair dresser, i have being bleaching my hair in order to get it blonde from dark brown and it was in really bad condition, on top of that i straighten and blow dry all the time, i have been using it now for over 2 months and it has acted as promised as a leave in treatment, detangler, heat serum, shine enhancer and strenghtener. my hair is in MUCH better condition because of it and i recommend this to anyone who cares about the health of their hair!
