Epson WorkForce 840

Epson WorkForce 840 Review

  • 4.8 / 5
    • The good:
      Multi-faceted, Functional
    • The bad:
Menus are hard to navigate, not that durable
The Epson WorkForce 840 All-in-One Color Inkjet Printer is a four-in-one device which features a printer, a copier, a scanner and a fax machine. It speeds through critical documentations such as ISO print speeds of 15 ISO print per minute on black and 9.3 ISO print per minute on colored. This is the latest generation of Wi-Fi certified built-in which makes printing fast and easy with its wireless setup and networking. The features it has are impeccably appealing and are sure to offer a real-time multitasking performance. The Epson WorkForce 840 is a multi-faceted device having user-friendly qualities such as the printing, copying, faxing, scanning and a lot more. It is well deserving of all the praises it has been receiving because as a matter of fact, the Epson WorkForce 840 is an ultimate printer that has the capability to fit the qualities required by large companies and still is adaptable to the environment of just being home-bound. The Epson WorkForce 840 is also known for its reliability, easiness to use, and affordability that is now indeed sufficient for the fast-paced world of market competition. It literally embodies all the minor but major assets given by the Epson from the past. It is not only another well-executed printer, thus, it is also capable of doing lots of other sidelines. The machine is very sleek and sophisticatedly designed. It is sure to rise to the heights of the picky standards of techies from around the world. It not only looks good, but it also perform well. So, well that it has received a lot of recognitions from different articles and organizations. However, the specifications of the following talents of this machine is not that outstanding or individually magnificent. It is just the right amount of performance, not too shabby or too stupendous. The whole team works in unison with each other that is why it is regarded as supreme. Undoubtedly, that is what makes it awesome, is it is like “a little bit of everything” for the qualities it possesses make it a fully equipped package. You may somehow notice how the picture quality is not that bombastic as the HP printer, apparently, you could not have that sort of complaint because in the first place, the Epson WorkForce is not necessarily a photo printer. It is specifically designed to be in the working labs and or offices. On the negative side, there are still cons to every pro, as for the WorkForce, that is the following: The unit is somehow clunky in usability terms, despite the polished appearance. It does not have the smooth sliding ease of access for the trays because they are not attached properly. The construction of the tray is not really sturdy and probably needs more intensified execution. The Menu is also not very intuitive. It gives you different symbols which represent the variety of features it has, but that is what makes it hard to navigate. If only it is categorized then everything will be much easier. In comparison to the HP, it has just the words (not the symbols) to help you with your navigation. All in all, this is an efficient and multi-faceted printer that is great for everyday living. Ignoring the clunky unit or the insufferable complication of the menu, this is still a wonderfully working machine.
