     Simple and easy to operate, electronic timer, uncomplicated controls, durable and solid build, mixes well, functional and thoughtful design, for beginners and professionals alike!

   As every good baker knows, one of the secrets of baking delicious cakes, biscuits, bread and pastries is a proper, thorough mixing. The Breville Wizz Planetary Mixer BEM800, also called the Scraper Mixer Pro™, not only mixes ingredients better, but also wipes the sides and bottom of the bowl at every turn with the Scraper Beater, so there's absolutely no need to stop and scrape down with a spatula.
   
   The Scraper Mixer Pro uses a lot of handy features to help you make sure that everything that comes out of your kitchen tastes and looks good! A 'planetary mixing' action and 360° bowl coverage is achieved by a combination of the mixer head’s counter-clockwise motion and clockwise sweep of the beater and extra wide mixing attachments. Perfect for multi-taskers, a mixing timer lets you set your mixer to the desired mixing time so you can do other things while the mixer works for you. Innovative load sensing technology automatically adjusts motor power to maintain selected mixing speed for a smooth, consistent mix and economical use of power. Meanwhile, the mixer’s motor protection system recognises if the load or temperatures are too high and shuts down to help prevent motor burn-out. It’s also surprisingly quiet for a mixer of this power and build.
   
   Other notable features are a good variety of assorted, easily attached/detached accessories, a large bowl thoughtfully built with a handle, and a chute with the splash guard that allows you to easily add ingredients while mixing without spilling or splashing anything. Durable and solidly built, it still looks stylish and streamlined, not at all clunky for its heft.
