   The Asics GT-2160 Women’s is a running shoe that has enough support for those who have overpronation issue. It has a toe guard for the big toe not to create a hole on the mesh above the toes. The toe box is tighter than that of the 2170. The mesh fabric is responsible for the cool, breathable and non-sweaty feeling of the foot. The tongue of the shoe needs to get a little wider, though.
   
   People with feet issues will find the GT-2160 hugging their feet with enough support giving them a stable feeling. Some use inserts for treatment and the shoe is still ok. With the right size, inserts included, you can never be wrong with this shoe. It is normally recommended by podiatrist.
   
   The 2160 is versatile. It is excellent to use not only for long and short distance running, it can also be used in climbing, walking, biking, jogging or any other sports adventure. It can be used for work and for pleasure. The outsole is slip-resistant, there’s no problem walking on smooth surfaces. Rough roads are not a bit of concern, too. It is totally flexible.
   
   Some very heavy women testify buying GT-2160 many times. They like its stability, durability and cushion. With all the weight, feet, knee and ankle problems they have, this shoe can cope up with them. They just get a full size bigger since this shoe runs narrow. Getting the size that fits is the only way to enjoy this shoe. The GT-2160 is true to size and but not exactly true to width. This shoe runs a little narrow. If thick socks are desired, a half-inch or one full size bigger is ideal.
   
   Even after many months, the GT-2160 still looks new. It requires no complicated maintenance, it holds up great. Its exterior is trendy; color combinations are attractive, selling price is reasonable, the comfort you get from its cushion is flawless. No breaking-in needed comfortable right out of the box.
